Karen is a Butte Native and has been working in local advertising sales and management for the past 30 years in her hometown. Having sold everything from newspaper to magazine to television to digital, Karen ventured off to start her own digital marketing agency, Digital Concepts and Marketing, 6 years ago.

Through DCM, Karen has managed and implemented digital strategies for businesses ranging from larger regional accounts to small local ‘mom and pop’ stores. Karen is also proud to sit on the Board of Directors for The Butte Parks and Trails Foundation, a local nonprofit organization that was instrumental in assisting with fundraising efforts for Butte’s own ‘Ridge Waters’ along with continued efforts to better Butte’s parks and trails.

A University of Montana graduate and proud Griz, Karen is committed to helping local businesses, as well as the communities of SW Montana, grow and prosper!

Erin graduated from the University of Montana. As a journalism student with an emphasis in Radio and Television Production and minor in Media Arts, she has used that degree to follow her passion of story telling evolving into a professional career. She loves telling stories through video. Storytelling is one of the most powerful forms of communication. It is how we connect, share memories, and make a difference. As the producer and anchor for a daily morning show, she delivered content to Northern and Central Montana. She worked at KRTV writing, producing, and editing commercials for local business. She has since formed her own company, Erin Schermele Films which specializes in video storytelling, specifically for websites and social media. She partners with Digital Concepts to build client’s video ad products.

Graphic Design and Prepress Supervisor

Veronica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising Design from Boise State University, and has used that degree in a variety of positions across Montana and North Dakota. Working at Montana Standard in Butte as their graphic artist, Veronica later became head of their commercial print department before moving to a sister newspaper in Bismark. It was there she took the position of prepress manager training and supervising 30 artists and technicians. She has served on several advisory boards at various educational institutions and advertising organizations where she has helped to set and prompt curriculum for their graphic arts and newspaper programs as well as encourage creative diversity through company and individual work.

Veronica was lured back to the Treasure State to work for KXLF-CBS where she worked in Master Control and digital design production – juggling multiple tasks from office management, assisting the sales team, to creative marketing development for local businesses. In 2019, needing a more creative outlet, she left KXLF to continue her work in the graphic design field as a Freelance Artist and partnering with Digital Concepts and Marketing.

Marcelle Jones grew up on a farm and ranch just 25 miles outside of Gettysburg, South Dakota (not the one with the famous battle). Her roots remain strong there, with much of her family still residing in the state.

She graduated with honors from BYU–Idaho and has spent over 25 years helping
businesses—both large and small—grow and thrive. Her marketing journey began in Denver at a small cable company called Jones Media Networks, where she quickly discovered her passion for the industry. From there, she worked at television stations in Salt Lake City, Utah, before ultimately planting roots in the Billings, Montana area in 2008, after meeting her husband Cary, a native of Dillon, MT.

Since moving to Montana, Marcelle has worked across radio, cable, and television.
With the rise of digital media, she has continually adapted, making it a central part of her strategic approach. She thrives on research, data analysis, and now AI-driven tools to craft marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Marcelle is passionate about helping business owners succeed and watching their dreams come to life. For her, that’s the most rewarding part of the job.
